From this point you can fill-in the user's details, such as the name, email and internal number. Furthermore you will be able to assign a number and features to a user:

Caller ID

The Caller ID is the phone number as default number which is visible for outbound calls. By default there is always a number assigned and the user could choose to make anonymous outbound calls.

Choose role

By default the user only has user permissions. A user does not have access to the Company Panel. In case the users does needs access to the Company Panel, assign a administrator role.

Qaller Plus

Our Mobile app is accessible for all users. If a users would like to use our Mobile app Qaller to make and receive calls, you can enable 'Qaller Plus'. This will add the calling functionality to the app for this user.

Web Calls

WebCalls is our browser calling feature. With this feature users will be able to make and receive calls from their browser without the need of a fixed device.

Operator Console

The Operator Console is a great feature for managers and receptionists. Enabling this feature will add many functionalities please visit our specific documentation for all the details.

Voicemail

A users can have a personal voicemailbox. By default this is disabled, but once enabled the user will receive voicemails in their email.

Hotdesking

For companies with flex-workplaces, Hotdesking is a great solution. It enables the possibility to login into a device with their internal number. Once logged in, the user will receive incoming calls on the logged in device.

Multiple Caller ID

In case a user would like to switch their outbound Caller ID, you can assign multiple numbers to a user. The user can dial the shortcode given to switch from Caller ID.
