Which shortcodes are available on the platform?
The PBX includes a number of shortcodes which can be used for commands from devices. Take charge of different functions of the pbx without logging in into the panels.
Common:
Anonymous calling | |
31[number] | Next call is anonymous |
32[number] | All next calls are anonymous with preannouncement |
*32 / #32 | Toggle code for switching on or off anonymous calls |
Hotdesking | |
*35 | Toggle code for logging in or out on a device (hotdesking) |
35[int nr] | Logging in on a device with your internal number (announcement is heard for giving in the user pincode) |
35[int nr]*[pincode] | Logging in on a device (hotdesking) |
Queue status | |
*100 / #100 | Toggle code for logging in or out on a queue(s) |
*101 / #101 | Logging in on queue(s) |
*102 / #102 | Set status on pause on queue(s) |
*103 / #103 | Logging out on queue(s) |
Voicemail | |
1233 / *96 | Personal voicemail menu |
