🌐 Which browsers support headset integration?

Headset integration works only in Chromium-based browsers, such as:

  • Google Chrome

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Brave

Other browsers are currently not supported.


🎧 Connecting Yealink headsets

For Yealink headsets, an important condition applies:

🔌 The headset will only work correctly when connected to the PC port of the Yealink base station.
Connections via other ports (such as phone or USB switch) are not supported for headset integration with WebCalls.


Tip:
If your headset is not detected, first check whether you are using a supported browser and whether the headset is connected to the correct port.
