What meaning do all fields have?

Addressing all fields in the Mailbox from left to right and top to bottom.

Name of the mailbox*:
Default name mailbox. Example: mailbox or Outside Opening hours

Choose the color of mailbox:
This option give the mailbox a color which could be usefull when color coding.

Mailbox number*:
The Mailbox number is a number directly reachable by added users to directly call and listen to voicemails left in the Mailbox.

Pincode:
This option adds another layer of protection for the Mailbox.
When configured a Mailbox will be reachable by calling the Mailbox number.
The system will tell you to fill in the pincode.

For how long do you want to keep voicemails:
This option configures how long voicemails are stored on the panel.

Choose greeting sound:
This option gives you the ability to configure an entry message for your Mailbox.

Extra email:
We will send an email to this address for each voicemails received. This field is optional and is in addition to the user permissions found below.

Adding Permissions*:
The part gives admin users the possibility to add users and their permissions to the Mailbox.

By adding a User they will be able to listen to all voicemails in the Mailbox.

Manage - When enabled the user is able to manage the voicemails in the Mailbox.

Notify via email - The User receives an e-mail with the Fax as PDF file. You can change user e-mailaddresses in the user configuration tab. If you cannot find this option click here to see the page.
