Call Flows

The Call Flows section in the UC Panel allows you to manage how incoming calls are handled - both for your personal number and company numbers.

Here you can easily:

  • Customize your call flow

  • Manage your Queue status

  • Choose your outbound Caller ID

  • Adjust dial plans

  • Enable or disable Flow Controls

You decide what happens when someone tries to reach you - for example, whether calls should ring in your browser, forward to your mobile phone, or go directly to voicemail.
