

Call Flows
The Call Flows section in the UC Panel allows you to manage how incoming calls are handled - both for your personal number and company numbers.
Here you can easily:
Customize your call flow
Manage your Queue status
Choose your outbound Caller ID
Adjust dial plans
Enable or disable Flow Controls
You decide what happens when someone tries to reach you - for example, whether calls should ring in your browser, forward to your mobile phone, or go directly to voicemail.
